Become a MLM Top Earner - The # 1 Most Important Skill of Successful Network Marketers

Top network marketers possess a wide variety of skills. Some of these skills
includes salesmanship, marketing, persuasion skills, lead generation skills, and
motivation skills.

Although all these skills are important, there is one skill you must possess to
achieve MLM success. That skill is influence.

Once of my favorite authors, John Maxwell, defines leadership as "influence."
That's a pretty good definition.

Here's another definition. Influence is the ability to get things done through
other people. It's the ability to get others to want to do what you want them
to do.

It's not mind control or manipulation. Instead it's inspiration.

Network Marketing is about relationships. Top earners build relationships.
They build a following. In other words, they have influence over a large group
of people.

We all have influential people in our life. Usually, it starts with our
parents. But we all have people that we admire and respect and are willing to
follow their advice. We do this because we admire, trust and respect them.

If you want to learn how to build a large MLM business, you must become
influential. You can accomplish this by:

• Always be Honest
• Act Confident, No Matter What
• Do What You Say You Will Do
• Believe in Yourself
• Put Other People First
• Help Others Without Expecting Something in Return
• Lead By Example at All Times

Another thing you can do to improve your level of influence is to make a list of
reasons why others should follow you. What are your strengths? What do you
bring to the table? Why should others follow you? Once you know the answers
to these questions, you will have a better understanding about yourself.

Every single leader (in any industry) that I've ever met, was a person of
influence. The greater the leader, the greater their influence. People like
Gandhi, Mother Theresa, The Pope and Abraham Lincoln changed the world because
millions of people were positively influenced by them.

You can do the same in your business. Whenever you talk to a prospect, be
someone they want to follow. Act like a leader. Be confident. Provide value.
Help others. Be honest. By doing so, you will become an influential leader.
And you will achieve MLM Success.
