It's like smoking, it's a habit. All habits can be broken. We need to stop looking outside ourselves for the answers of why our life is not where we want it to be today. It is you who decides and creates the results you produce.

    Insanity is sometimes referred to as continuing the same behavior and expecting a different result. Think about this, if you're an alcoholic and you keep drinking your life is not going to get any better. If you continue your current behaviors, your life is not going to get any better either.
    The day you change your responses is the day your life will get better. If you want something different , you are going to have to do something different.

    You will never become successful as long as you are blaming, and complaining. All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with someone else, and regardless of how much you blame them, it will not change you. If you are going to be a winner you have to take action and acknowledge the truth. To be powerful, you need to take the position that you create or allow everything that happens to you.

    Many problems do not need major corrections, just minor ones. The bottom line is when you recognize that you are the one that is creating your life the way it is, you will acquire and achieve what you want in life. You are in charge of your current thoughts and feelings. You decide what you eat, drink, read and every other decision in your life. Every action is in your control. To be successful , all you have to do is act in ways that produce more of what you want.
