I'm not saying that all rich people have earned their lifestyles because there are some who have been handed their fortunes to them on a plate, won the lottery or inherited from the older generation. There is nothing wrong with this but for the most part success has been earned and it takes a certain mindset to achieve this. In this article i am going to give you an insight on how these people think differently from the vast majority of individuals who see successful people as just being lucky or gifted.

  • Take Responsibility for Your Life  By : Jim Wertz
We as Americans feel we are entitled to a great life that someone, somehow, somewhere, is responsible for making sure we are fulfilled, with never ending happiness, success, great careers, wonderful family life, and passionate personal relationships.

In reality there is only one person responsible for the outcome of your life. That person is you.

Successful people, take 100% responsibility for there actions in there life. If you want to have a great life, take 100% responsibility for it. Design your own life, it's your choice, no one else is going to do it for you, and quite frankly you don't want them to.

Have you ever heard of the blame game. Well listen close, and I bet you will hear it every day, everywhere you go. It takes place at work, at home, from strangers, friends, and society in general. We blame our bosses, our coworkers, our clients, our spouse, the weather, lack of money. It's like smoking, it's a habit. All habits can be broken. We need to stop looking outside ourselves for the answers of why our life is not where we want it to be today. It is you who decides and creates the results you produce.

Insanity is sometimes referred to as continuing the same behavior and expecting a different result. Think about this, if you're an alcoholic and you keep drinking your life is not going to get any better. If you continue your current behaviors, your life is not going to get any better either.
The day you change your responses is the day your life will get better. If you want something different , you are going to have to do something different.

You will never become successful as long as you are blaming, and complaining. All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with someone else, and regardless of how much you blame them, it will not change you. If you are going to be a winner you have to take action and acknowledge the truth. To be powerful, you need to take the position that you create or allow everything that happens to you.

Many problems do not need major corrections, just minor ones. The bottom line is when you recognize that you are the one that is creating your life the way it is, you will acquire and achieve what you want in life. You are in charge of your current thoughts and feelings. You decide what you eat, drink, read and every other decision in your life. Every action is in your control. To be successful , all you have to do is act in ways that produce more of what you want.

  • Life is a Risky Business  By : Ken Keis
Life has value because it is perishable. The same applies to risk. The value of your decision is proportionate to the level of the risk.
